Online Problem Solvers
Problems connecting to your account are often very easy to fix:
- Please write down your User Name and password. We do not maintain a file with your password, so all we can do it reset it for you.
- If you can't get connected, try re-starting your computer. Sometimes that will kick your connection into working again.
- You can check the status of your own mailbox by using the web-based mail program by clicking the link on the left to Check Your E-mail and entering your user name and password. Often, Windows cannot download large attachments, and gets stuck. By checking your webmail, you are checking your messages on the server, and can view and erase the messages from there. This will allow your e-mail program on your computer to continue working.
- If you find that webmail is rejecting your user name and password, please be aware that if someone tries to login to their mailbox too many times within a certain time period, that box will become locked for up to 15 minutes. Please wait, without attempting to login to that box for the lock to be removed. Then you should be able to login.
